Humor is Good Therapie

I love laughing!  Truly, one of my favorite things on this Earth is making someone laugh hard.  Another favorite thing? Laughing hard myself.  What bliss.

It’s so good for you.  Truly, humor is good therapy.  It’s proven that laughing is good for the physical body and for emotional health as well.

I had a test for this little ditty that you see in the picture.  I thought that if I ran it past Quentin and he laughed out loud, I would post it.  And he did. And it was music to my ears.

Yes, life is stressful.  Yes, we hear horrible stories in the news.  Yes, we worry about the sad state of affairs all over.  But no one can take our laughter away from us. Find your humor and use it to benefit yourself and everyone around you.

There’s a saying:  People will forget what you did and they’ll forget what you said but they’ll never forget how you made them feel.  Let’s make them laugh!
