You need sleep to be beautiful. Exercise helps you sleep.
Some people can be physically active before bed and sleep well. Many can’t.
Others get a lot out of yoga. On the other end of the spectrum, there are those who need to break a big sweat by running hard, doing high interval training workouts or by lifting heavy weights.
There are many who exercise on an empty stomach and there are many who have to eat before they work out.
Lots of people guzzle water while they’re moving. Others barely sip at all during their workout.
Exercise is so personal. Right now, I am loving this one stationary bike at the gym for my cardio. Then, I do some weights and after that, I hit this beautiful, picturesque walking trail along the riverbank in my city. I have one cup of coffee before the gym, no food. I’m at the gym by 630 am. I drink maybe a cup of water while I’m active. My routine is really working for me; I’m sleeping well and getting the beautifying benefits while I do.
What does your ideal exercise routine look like?
