People wake up puffy. Puffy faces, puffy eyes.
I’m one of them.
I use an eye gel in the morning. It has rooibos and green tea in it. It helps my under eye area to look flatter and it helps my upper eye area, underneath my eyebrows, to look more contoured.
If you don’t have access to rooibos and green tea eye gel, you can two wet pure green tea bags, squeeze out most of the water, and seal them tight in a plastic bag.
Keep this in the fridge.
They’ll stay damp and they can be reused several times to de-puff your eye area.
Wake up 5 minutes earlier, pad over to the fridge, and grab these super effective anti-puffing devices.
Recline your head for 5 minutes while wearing these on your closed eyes. Think about how utterly fabulous your day is going to be and all of the witty things you are going to say to people to brighten their day.
Don’t have pure green tea bags?
Do you have a potato?
I kid you not – keep one in the fridge, slice off two thin pieces, lay these over your eyes instead of cold wet green tea bags.
Proven powerful de-puffing potatoes. Who knew?
