When you wash your Therapie, turn it inside out before you place it in the mesh bag.
Do the smallest possible load for the shortest length of time on the gentlest cycle possible.

Lay it flat to dry or hang to dry – I hang mine over the back of the dining room chair.
If your Therapie is still damp at bedtime, tumble dry, by itself, for 5 minutes. That’ll do it!
