There`s a color reason to sleep in blue bedding and blue bedtime surroundings.

Color, even in the dark, impacts the quality of your sleep.
It affects how many minutes of deep sleep you can get.

Travelodge in the UK did a sleep study a few years ago. They studied over 2,000 people as they slept.
They studied which colors in the sleep environment had what effect on sleep quality.

Hands down, the maximum number of minutes of a deep sleep went to a true blue color.

When I read that study, I knew that blue just had to be Therapie’s signature color. That`s how we came to have Deep Sleep Blue.
