Women work hard. Emails, texts, phones ringing. Young people in the house needing a ride or food or money. Little wee people in the house needing attention, help at the sink, to be picked up and cuddled.
Women work hard. Cooking, cleaning, getting groceries, feeding animal companions. Organizing, scheduling, planning.

Women work hard.
There’s that moment at bed time that is ours. Just ours. It’s that signal that our brains and our bodies get when our face touches down on our pillow. That is the bliss of bed time. That deep breath and relief that comes from knowing Hectic Day is Done. Our own mini moment of inner peace.
Guard that moment. That moment of bliss at bedtime sets us up for much needed, much deserved rest, relaxation and restoring sleep.
